We're so happy to welcome you to Portugal, a place that means so much to us. Our wedding will take place in the Azeitão area. As many of our guests will be travelling, we've included some useful infromation to help you plan your stay
NEARST AIRPORT
Lisbon Airport
Approx. 40–50 minutes by car to Azeitão
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Travelling directly to Azeitão by public transport is possible, but it can involve changes and longer journey times.
The train to Setúbal is operated by Fertagus, and the journey from Lisbon to Setúbal takes around 50–60 minutes. From Setúbal, Azeitão is usually around 15–20 minutes by car.
There are also local buses between Setúbal and Azeitão, but they may take longer and be less convenient with luggage.
UBER/TAXI
Uber or taxi is usually the easiest way to get to Azeitão and, if shared with other people, is quite reasonable.

We recommend using Uber to travel to and from the venue on the wedding day. If you share the journey with other guests, the cost will usually work out at around €10 per person, depending on where you are staying.
Public transport in the area is limited, so Uber will likely be the easiest and most convenient option, especially for the return journey at the end of the evening.
